Easy Triple Crust Peach Cobbler

Most cobblers only have a top crust, but the “Triple Crust” method is a southern-style secret that ensures you get those delicious, syrup-soaked pastry bits throughout the entire dish. It’s hearty, sweet, and perfect for feeding a crowd.


The Ingredients

For the Peach Filling:

  • 4 cups Sliced peaches (fresh or canned, drained)
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch (to thicken the juices)
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice

For the Crust & Topping:

  • 3 Pre-made pie crusts
  • 1 Egg, beaten (for the egg wash)
  • Extra Granulated sugar (for sprinkling on top)
