The Ingredients
For the White Cake:
- 1 package White cake mix
- 1 cup Buttermilk (replaces the water in the mix)
- 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
- 4 large Egg whites
- 1 cup (4 oz) White German chocolate, finely chopped
For the Cheesecake Center:
- 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 large Egg
For the Topping:
- Classic Coconut-Pecan frosting (homemade or store-bought)
- 1/2 cup Chopped pecans (for extra crunch)
