White German Chocolate Cake with a Cheesecake Center

The Ingredients

For the White Cake:

  • 1 package White cake mix
  • 1 cup Buttermilk (replaces the water in the mix)
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
  • 4 large Egg whites
  • 1 cup (4 oz) White German chocolate, finely chopped

For the Cheesecake Center:

  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 large Egg

For the Topping:

  • Classic Coconut-Pecan frosting (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1/2 cup Chopped pecans (for extra crunch)
